My girlfriend well sorta says she wants to be with me but then after we sleep together she gets all distant and says she can't be with me then the same cycle goes over and over again and i don't know what to do

It sounds to me like she can't handle the intimacy that goes along with the relationship. I think she just wants to have sex but doesn't want the actual relationship.
