what do you think is the best parental control software to use?

i need your help to know what is the best software to use for this purpose

((((((((i need to know the abilites of this software and mainly will it be able to block downloading inappropriate undesired files from sites as rapidshare or megaupload without blocking the whole site))))))))

i mean can it differentiate between the undesired files and any other good uploaded files

i really hope all of us can protect our boys and girls from all the crap on the internet , so please help me and it will be so much appreciated

I use Norton Internet Security. My children have computers in their rooms but no internet. The main computer in the house that has internet has a password. They cannot even log on at all until my husband or I put in the password.

At least you one of the parents that are monitoring your children. And these parents wonder why their kids are on planes to Jordan?

please! before you do stuff like that, just remember those parental control software are a burden to all children. i understand what your talking about but dont get to carried away.
