No, it's not ok. You don't know what will happen in the future by taking all that. Think about it like this....what are the long term effects of this? Will I be sorry in the future? This medicine and countless others were designed for short term use....long term use could be dangerous to your health, even though they're over the counter medicines. Too much of anything is not good. Think about this.......consider all this now......while you're young. Also, think about this......you don't grow old being a fool... Best of luck to you........

NONONO because even though you don't know it you are addicted to them...it is very easy to become addicted to any sleep medicine and I think you are. Don't take them they are dangerous
