The plastic they use to make the bottles degrade slightly giving the water a impure taste. Plus to sell more water to idiots.

They do not have chlorine in them. Drinking the bottled water in the bottle after a while is the equivalent of drinking in a slimy pond. The chlorine is there to kill the bad bacteria in the water.
