I love Paula. Don't get me wrong, Ina has some good recipes at times too...but Ina lives in the Hamptons and so she cooks around that. Ina is a party giver and so she cooks things for close intimate parties. Paula is from the south so she's making more hearty, stick to your rib type meals. Ina has some really good desserts(like brownies and apple pie, and I got the idea for adding coffee to chocolate sauces from her) She did a show for valentine's day where she make breakfast for dinner...french toast, eggs, turkey bacon and fried potatoes. I tried the french toast and fried potatoes...they were awesome. I like both ladies but prefer Paula.

Paula - what is there not to like with Paula's cooking - the woman is all about butter, butter and more butter! And i think her food is more comforting than that of Ina's.
They're both very good but i like Paula's personality and laugh better! Besides, do you know any other cooking celebrity who's not afraid to use a huge serving spoon to eat something she loves! LOVE PAULA DEAN

I love Paula. Her laugh just cracks me up and I am more into the homestyle of cooking. I never used to care for Ina but she's growing on my lately. But Paula is still my gal, hands down!

Paula Dean of course, I am a southerner and I am a proud member of the GRITS society. (Girls, Raised In The South) I enjoy not only Ms. Dean's style but her recipes, personality, clever tales and colloquiums too. She is great!!! However, I am not quite sure about her sons' new show, time will tell. . . .
