I think the average size is about 24 inches when soft and 36 inches when hard. Yeah, that seems about normal.

I seen artical back in 1990 that said the avg size was 6 but i talk to a nurse she said the avg size was 5...
many woman say its not the lenth but how thick it is...
I'll just keep my 7...my wife is happy with...been married 15 yrs now..

According to the people who measure these things, (and it sure as hell ain't ME) the average is 4.5 inches. I guess they check out guys who are unconscious in the ER or something. Have YOU ever been called in for a measurement?
