I got a pair of prescrive sunglasses ( Maui Jim ) .... I want to know if i want them none prescrive again if they could just take the lence that are prescrive out of the frame.

Yes, any Optician store can take existing lens out of eyeglasses, and cut a replacement lens (prescription or not) to put back in.

Of course, the lenses can be removed easily by any optician/optometrist.

Did your optician/optometrist return you the original lenses which does not have any prescription? if yes, u can actually bring it back to the shop and ask the staff to change back for you.

if they did not return you, go back to the shop to ask them to return you the lenses and ask them to change for you.
