coca cola is way better. Pepsi is like a flat coke and sweeter in my opinion

Coca Cola goes back to 1886, whilst Pepsi only goes back to 1903.

In my opinion Coca Cola is better than Pepsi. However, I usually drink diet and think Diet Pepsi is better than Diet Coke!!!

I am a Coca-Cola person too. I think Coke doesn't overpower the food that you are eating. It complements it. Where Pepsi is so sweet, it make your food taste weird. When I go to places like KFC, I just get the meal.

back then pepsi was used to treat stomach problems
coca cola was a classic drink that cam out earlier then pepsi
pepsi used a plant extract and thats how it got the taste. Later coke got the extract and now it is popular.
coca cola got its red color from the red barrels that was served in.
pepsi was sold in medical stores
but till now, these are just softdrinks.

Coca-Cola, my personal choice of soft drink, has a stronger flavor, friends and I say it has more of a "bite" to it.

Pepsi Cola is a much "Softer" flavor, and goes down more easily. The sugar in Pepsi seems much more noticeable, and certainly seems smoother. For me, it tastes "weak", and lacks intensity.

When my coke goes completely flat, it reminds me of the taste of fresh Pepsi.

If you have to ask then you probably haven't noticed the difference and it probably doesn't matter. They both taste very similar although I prefer coke, I think pepsi tastes like a cheap version of coke...I can always tell when I don't have coke.....pepsi leaves a funny aftertaste. Having said that, they are both bad for you but then if we all stuck to everything that was good for us, we would have a very boring life. It is down to personal taste in the end I think:)

Taste, formula, measurements of all ingredients, how many calories, etc. Coke is better. But for cooking, you want diet.
Other wise everything you make, will be overly sweet. Coke and Pepsi have a couple things in common, though- they can be used to clean shoes, they come in bottles and cans, you can get them in 12or 24 packs and they're both the same color. Also they both have some varieties.

Coke is not nearly as sweet tasting as Pepsi. I like the taste of Coke best but I have cut way back on it, to only a couple cokes a month since I learned how bad high fructose corn syrup is for you. Unless you get pop at a health food store, I think all pop has HFCS in it. It is probably the number one reason for the high rate of obesity in the U.S.

Pepsi tastes better. Most Americans prefer Pepsi, but Coke is more popular in most foreign countries.
