Please take your dog to the vet and have his ears checked. There are different types of infections - yeast, bacterial... and they each require different treatments. Your vet can determine the type of infection by doing an ear cytology and looking at the slide under a microscope. Then he can give you a RX for the proper medication.
Home remedys often result in the infection getting worse and proper diagnosis and treatment being delayed.

Well, sounds like you have a full blown ear infection going.
Please don't put peroxide in your dogs ears, it will only make things worse as it adds water to the ear canal. You can buy ear flush at pet stores to clean out the ears. But this sounds as if it has gotten beyond cleaning the ears.
You didn't mention what color the goo is, black is usually ear mites. Green/yellow is infection. Is there scratching going on?
If you want to save your dog's hearing, you will have to see the vet. Your dog needs antibiotics and special ear medications. Your vet can determine the cause of the ear infection. Ear infections can complicate into brain infections and even death.
Dogs DESERVE medical attention, just like humans.

U want to clean the ears out with a wet cotton ball. That's all it takes. Or you can go to Pet Smart and they'll clean them and pluck any access hair. I think it costs like $8. Then you should buy some 8-in-1 ear cleaning powder. Just squirt some in your dogs ears once a week. The dog will roll around on it's head for a bit cos it feels weird, but it will eliminate odors, prevent against infection, and help get rid of access hair.

do no longer use rubbing alcohol. You had to totally flush it out with a million/2 hydrogen peroxide and a million/2 bottled (no longer faucet) water. this could sparkling the wound without burning the flesh to boot as reason him greater soreness. Which the rubbing alcohol WILL do, to boot risking blinding him if any gets into the attention. If the injuries have been punctures, no longer in basic terms small scrapes, he ought to have antibiotics to sidestep an infection. With wounds close to the eyes he ought to certainly have antibiotics. and that i do no longer mean OTC cream. A vet could commonly provide an antibiotic injection and likewise pills so which you could offer him on a regular basis for the subsequent 2 weeks. at times they're going to additionally provide you a undeniable antibiotic ointment to squeeze into the punctures whilst this is close to a serious place like lymph nodes or eyes. canines bites are seething a lot of micro organism or maybe possible minor ones are no longer something to take gently in case you treasure your canines. how are you able to've "no vet on your section"? Your canines ought to circulate someplace for vaccinations, at minimum. you may get a cone to maintain him from nerve-racking the injuries greater and probable rubbing the cream into his eye (and end employing that rubbing alcohol, which provides to the inflammation) from any PetSmart. And maximum PetSmarts have a vet workplace interior the save. hopefully your canines's sight won't be afflicted by the lack of acceptable scientific care.

You may need to go to the vet and get medicated ear drops or a cream. Have the vet check for ear mites and/or infections. Ear infections in dogs can be very, very bad if left untreated.
Good luck!
Edit: Good! I hope your appointment goes well!

Stop using human treatments that aren't intended!
Get your dog to the vet, you'd be surprised how much vet's know about dog's ears.
Sarcasm aside, get him to the vet's, they will flush them out properly and give you ointment for them.
Keep him out of water until then.

It probably has ear mites. Check with your vet. Cleaning the ears with hydrogen peroxide will help if it doesn't have mites.
