no. i have had tragic dreams and woke up in tears. Ive heard it happens because you are so wrapped up in your dreams and usually you have a lot of stress in real life and its a way of relieving it. crying can be a good stress reliever

Images in dreams are fed from an overflow from your subconscious mind, which would indicate a stressful or prolonged conflict that would trigger such emotion. This stigma would have happened weeks or months ago: unless you feel you are in a period of little change, your mind usually never takes in images from less than 48 hours to use as dream output.
If you are having such dreams frequently, you may need to spend some time to deal with the weight emotionally that you may have slighted. If you have an opportunity to talk to someone about it, that would be best, but draw, write, paint, type or do something to get you to discover the issue and approach it in some manner.

No you are very much normal, I go through the same thing.
A woman I loved very much, ended our relationship because I got hurt where I could not work & ended up getting depressed because her happiness was all I live for. Now she has moved on & I'm even more depressed & still injured. I go too sleep for a few hrs, usually have a dream she is having sex with someone else or that we are back together, it seems so real! I wake up sweating & the rest of my day usually sucks. Trying to get help with that one. So far no pill helps.

Not weird at all. It has happened to me. I've had bad dreams about something terrible happening to one of my kids, and I wake up and ask my husband if it was real or a dream, cause it just seems so real.

I don't think it's ever happened to me, but I have woken up in a cold sweat before from nightmare...so it makes sense that you should be able to wake up crying as well.

No, there's nothing wrong with you. If you have the same dream over and over, see a therapist.
If all your dreams and morbid, you need to be close to someone who loves you. "Love is nature's psychotherapy."

No, this is not weird. Some dreams are so intense that they may affect us as if we were really experiencing them.

You need to join the US Armed Forces. This will get your mind off your problems. You will feel good about yourself, AND you will get to kill people.
