No.
Without a USB or Serial Cable, a docking station or a memory card, you can't get pictures off of a camera onto a computer.
If your camera is missing the cable, check with the manufacturer (Sony/Kodak) on their website. They generally sell replacement parts.
If that fails, you can always check ebay, too. I found a serial cable for my old digital camera on ebay a few years ago.

My computer doesnt need a cord. I can put the chip from the camera into a disk drive on the computer.

i dont think so. but, if it has a memory card; then shifting the pictures to the memory card, and then, getting a card reader should do the trick. this works with phones, cameras, i dont think so. but, why don't you ask someone to lend you the cord? someone must definitely have it.
