Check with your Doctor. You may have a sleep disorder that requires some type of treatment. (For example: OSA or Obstructive Sleep Apnea.) Lots of people have some version of it and are totally unaware that they are waking up several times during the night. That's what makes you tired.

Drink Aniseed "Yansoun" 3 or 4 teacup before you go to bed. Boil Aniseed "Yansoun" just like boiling tea. Boil 1 liter of water and then add 3 teaspoons of Aniseed "Yansoun", turn off the gas and leave them in the warm pot for 10 minutes. Add sugar if you like. Have sweet dreams.

try going to bed at the same time every night. Avoid caffeine after 3 or 4pm. Try to relax and unwind a few hours before going to sleep. Good Luck! :)

eat a banana, and force yourself to excercise vigorously before sleeping
