How do you know God has a hand to wave?
God did not give you a headache. Something else did, I suggest you seek medical attention because God bestowed some of his miracle making talents on doctors. Take advantage of this.
God Bless and be with you too!

i have a similar question for u- why wont God go to the bathroom for me after all he can do everything.
God loves you and he exists and indeed is all powerful but when he created the world he gave man total control of his life and world. the extent to which you allow God in your life is the extent to which he will move. He is not a magician as some people believe and he has created some laws that everyone is bound by - like gravity.
if you pray to him believing that he will heal you of your headache he will. if you cannot wait long enough for him theres always pain relievers which by the way was created by the ideas given to doctors by God

God helps those who help themselves. I believe he wants you to learn to solve and overcome problems. It's a learning experience for you.
Seek information about the causes of headaches. Keep track of what you were doing before each headache comes. Maybe you are allergic to something, don't get enough sleep, or eat erratically. Through effort and attention maybe you can pin it down. Seeing a doctor can be part of this process.
Make the changes in your life to cure your headaches.

Yes, he's powerful for sure! Headaches, well that's something that we humans will suffer from until the world comes to an end. We do suffer here on earth as humans though, that's for sure. I get them too, I'm like you though, can't they just go away? You may need to get the doctor to check it out if you think there's more to it. Good luck.

Don't test Him that can be very dangerous. He's blessed ppl with the ability to invent drugs that will help so take one of them and credit it to God since He created everything that the medicine contains and the ppl who figured out how to use it. also it could be a similar situation like what Paul was in. God wouldn't take away Paul's thorn in his skin because He knew Paul would brag and turn away from the faith, so "count it all joy that u can suffer in the name of Christ." I totally understand how u feel because I myself suffer from migraines and sometimes I would love for Him to deliver me but I, and u, have to believe and trust that God knows what He's doing.

Perhaps it is not in your best interest at this time. Have you been to a medical doctor? God does allow pain and suffering at times to help us to grow spiritually. There could be any number of reasons why He isn't acting on your prayer in the way you expect.

God is not a wish maker. He doesn't just do things the way we want Him to do them just because we want Him to. You have to first get to know Him by praying and reading His word. You also need to worship Him. The best way to get God to do something for you according to His holy and perfect will is to have FAITH because FAITH moves Him. If your headache is not gone then it may be that you don't have faith or enough faith that He can do it. I know God as a healer and He can and He will do anything for you as long as that's His will. I believe that it is His will for your headache to go away because He doesn't want to see you suffer.

I would think he would have more important things to attend to.
God is neither the cause of your headache nor should he be the solution. Stop drinking the diet sodas. Nutra Sweet is poison and low grade poisoning often results in headaches.

Paul in the Bible had what he called a "thorn in the flesh" which most believe that this was poor eye sight. There are times that God choses to heal and there are times that He does not. As God's children we trust Him that He knows what is best for us.

It takes absolute faith that he will make the pain go - Pray this gospel and believe! - Ask for forgiveness and pray, Jesus, bring your healing and anoiting into my body, from the top of my head to the soles of my feet, for it is written that you bore our sickness and carried our pain and by your stripes, I am healed. It may not happen immediately, but your faith and God's healing touch will bring it about. God Bless You!
