if she's your girlfriend yes kiss her so she wont feel insecure it would make her feel way better to know that your nervous too about kissing but you have to do it sooner or later or your realtionship wont work and you'll get tired of it and maybe end a great relationship so go for it make sure you look into her eyes first.
