It depends on the man. Though sex is the #1 desired event among all men, it takes a willingness to please, concentration and lots of maturity for a man to consistently achieve this goal. If sex is approached with the attitude of me, me, me...regardless if you are male or female very little will be gained by your partner. The real passionate male lovers are never satisfied until they have satisfied their lover. My experience has dictated that the more I give...the more I receive.

It depends from women to women. Some women get orgasm before the men also. It depends on the arousal level - if a women gets aroused fully or not. For satisfying partners fully it is suggested to have a lot of oral sex before doing sex. If there is a good amount of oral sex or psychological arousal in the mind before sex then satisfying the partner is a very simple job and it happens only in a few minutes. There are other factors also which effect satisfaction - the desired positions, amount of stress level, the interest in sex, the age, undergoing medications etc.

That depends on the man. I believe that most men do, but, make no mistake about it, men "fake" it just as much as women do and with greater success since you have no way of knowing it. Most men will not have sex unless they mean it. Some guys have no clue how the female body is stimulated and so they do a poor job, but you must speak up or have sex with your psychic.
A good love relationship is the key. Good love equals good sex. The way I see it, why would anyone want to fake it anyway? Good sex is about a good relationship, so make sure that it is genuine.
