A robe and sandals, he wasn't into material possessions. Didn't he tell a wealthy man to go and get rid of all his worldly possessions and follow him?

ok truth be known you want to prove him to be poor well study the bible dude and you will see he wasnt poor for several reasons
one why does a poor man need a treasury and the treasurer is a thief who embezzles funds? i mean if it was a few dusty coins wouldn't the others known? No, he had a big budget enough where Judas could steal a little and it go undetected for 3 years! also when the woman anointed his feet with the precious ointments he stated the "Poor you will have with you always you wont always have me with you" he distinguished himself from the poor! also when the romans crucified him they cast lots for his seamless garment that was a fine dressed suit in those times brother! when he rode into Jerusalem he rode the best a colt no one else had ever rode before! Also what you think ever happen to the gold and gifts the magi gave to him when he was 2 yrs old? finally if he wasn't blessed in abundance then father God lied cause in deuteronomy and Joshua and Isaiah and countless other OT passages God promises blessing in abundance to those who obey him and serve him and Jesus never sinned and never disobeyed God remember he is God but jesus became and walked as a man. A man who never sinned or disobeyed so he had to be blessed or the Bible lied! and for second note the disciples werent poor either archealogy has proven this and it agrees with the word poor poverty stricken fishermen dont have hired servants in their business, look you can keep your poverty doctrine all to yourself dont poison peoples mind with that garbage and hey hypocrite why do you work? to get money huh? well if wealth is so evil then give it all away and live in a box like "your jesus" did!

Why, honestly--is that important? Didn't He accomplish bigger things than failing to register ownership for possessions He didn't need anyway? If that subject was particularly important I am sure every page in the new testament would have focused specifically on the subject. But no.

Off the top of my head, I'd have to say practically nothing. We know that the money he had (donations from his followers) were used for his public ministry, but aside from his small pennybag, he probably didn't have much. Not a problem. That's why I like Jesus.
