You might try on a chicken farm. The stores can't legally hire you, but farmwork gets exemptions.

i am in Greenville and I worked in a restaurant at 15. Check the laws but i believe you can bus tables at a nice restaurant or you could most definitely work at a McDonalds or something like that...
