i have whote spots on the back of my tounge and on my tonsills but i dont have a sore throat it just feels numb i feel like i have a cold just ache all over and really sleepy i have no energy i have no idea what this could be any ideas

Sounds very much like Infectious Mononucleosis, which by the way is very contagious. It also could be strep throat which does not always cause a sore throat. You should have a strep test and throat culture done. Many people are not aware that Strep is actually a very serious infection if not treated. If you have Strep throat (which is caused by the bacterial Streptococcus pyogenes) and it is left untreated then it can cause Scarlet fever, Rheumatic fever, Impetigo, and
Glomerular Nephritis (kidney problems). All those complications are very serious but can be avoided with antibiotics. So please go get checked out.

Hi there, 250 gals is too small for all your fish. If it's ich the whole tank is infected, no point in removing him. Ich should be treated for a week after the last white spot disappears. It may not be ich, I would get a med for external parasites and treat the whole tank. While medicating change 50% of your tank water daily, don't forget to adjust the meds dose accordingly. Whatever it is, clean water can only help. Good luck.

It sounds like it could be more than just a strep throat to me those are not the symptoms of a strep throat i will not say what i think it sounds like cause i do not want to scare you please see a doctor ASAP this could be something way more serious. Good luck!

Sounds like maybe the start of strep throat. If your throat does start to hurt, you will know for sure. You would need antibiotics.

Sounds like mono or Strep throat. You need a doctor immediately so you don't get worse or spead it to others in your family.

u may have thrush a form of yeast infection that usually attacks a susceptible host, diabetics, cancer and anyone with a week immune system. can be taken care of with an oral suppressant.

Could be thrush too. Look it up. It can cause the symptoms you describe. It can also lead to fibromyalgia and/or chronic fatigue. See your doc... soon.
