I saw a recipe for a drink with these ingredients. Can't find the recipe. I want to know the name and the amounts of each ingredient. Also, what is simple syrup?

It sounds similar to Blue Hawaiian (just missing the coconut milk and minus the dark rum, mango and simple syrup) Or a Rum Runner (minus the blue curacao)

Simple syrup is 1 part water to 2 parts sugar. You boil the water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Allow it to cool and store in a clean container in the fridge.

Mixing drinks is an experiment sometimes. If you don't know try using 2 ounces of each. That's what I do when someone orders a drink that I don't know how to make. And usually they tell me I did a good job.

I'm a bartender, & I think it's a Blue Hawaiian. That's how I make them anyway. Simple syrup would be your roses lime juice or grenadine. Whichever you prefer, in this case, roses lime juice
