Exodus 20:8-10 " Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it Holy. Six days you shall labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is Sabbath to the Lord your God."
I do not think that there is one specific day that we should worship. Every day is good. Some people count that Sunday is the first day and then the Sabbath would be on Saturday. And some people count that Moday is the first day and so forth Sunday is the Sabbath. God wants us to rest and worship and seek him one day a week. Every day is a good day to worship God.
My church has two services on Saturday evening, and two services on Sunday morning. The last thing God wants us to start to argue what is the best or right day for worship. Worship is for God, and it is also an opportunity to fellowship with other believers.
God bless you!

Worshiping God should be all the time. There is no set day or time for that. We need to give God all the glory, praise and honor in our lives because it is His.
In the Bible it states that we should keep the Sabboth Holy and according to that is seems to the be 6th day because if you have read Genesis you will find that everything was created in just 7 days and on that 7th day God rested.
No matter what day you choose to worship God please make sure that you do it more than just once a week. How about worshiping Him all the time. Spend time with Him in prayer. Find a quite place where you can just talk to Him and listen to Him. He will speak to you in your heart. Be reseptive.

n the Old Testament, the main day of worship was on the Sabbath, or the 7th day of the week. The Old Law was “nailed to the cross” and now no one can judge us as far as keeping the Sabbath. (Colossians 2:14-16)
In the New Testament, the early Christians met daily, but the main period of worship was upon the first day of the week. (Acts 20:7, 1 Corinthians 16:2)
The first day of the week (Sunday) is significant in several ways.
It is the day Christ established the Lord’s supper (Matthew 26:17 ff)
It is the day Christ rose from the dead. (Mark 16:1-2)
It is the day of the week the church was established. (Acts 2) (Pentecost was always on the first day of the week.)
It is the day the early church practiced the Lord’s supper (communion). (Acts 20:7)
It is the day of the week the early church gave their offering. (1 Corinthians 16:2)
It is called “the Lord’s day”. (Revelation 1:10)
The first day of the week is not the Sabbath. In the New Testament, the main period of worship was Sunday. This can be established both from scripture and from history. We currently live during the age when the New Testament is in effect (i.e. after the death and resurrection of Christ.). We should follow the New Testament pattern and instructions and, therefore, we should worship on the first day of the week (Sunday).

You should worship everyday. But I suspect you are asking about the Sabbath. The Sabbath was on the day we call Saturday until Christ came. When he did, he fulfilled the Old Law, but man still needed a day to rest and focus on spiritual things so the Apostles met each Sunday after Christ's death. That's why most churchs today meet on Sundays.

You should worship the Lord all your days, without ceasing.
But the Sabbath is set aside for Him alone.
Of course, if you have to work on Sunday, I suppose it's acceptable to set aside another day.
Or if you cannot take a day off work, then worship Him in your work, in your breath, in all that you do. The substance of the worship is far more important than the form.

SATURDAY (SDA)is the right day to worship;exodus 20;8-10,mark 2;27, Additionally, why did GOD rest or take a break? simply because HE established it for man so that man can focus on GOD by having a holy convocation on the Sabbath, the seventh day,,,,,,people say "they are new instructions in the New testament but one thing people don t understand is that it s in the new testament when HE(JESUS) taught and healed the sick on the Sabbath then people around him asked why HE healed and preached on the Sabbath. The question I would pose then would be why people around Him asked why HE did so,could it be they were disoriented to date? definately not.

Jesus said that the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth...for He seeks that kind of worshiper. The Spirit is always in tune with the Father so you can love Him at any moment, not just on a certain day. It's not that He needs our worship, He just wants our hearts to be attuned with His so that we can know His Love.

There is no wrong day. There is no reason to limit worshop to a single day.
If you mean which day is the right day to have a weekly worship service, again, there is no specific day for doing it. We are commanded to keep holy the Sabbath, but there is no Biblical mandate to have one's weekly service on that day.
The Catholic Church has worship services (Mass) on every day of the week. many Catholic churches offer a number of services throughout the weekend, on Saturday evening, Sunday morning, and even Sunday evening. Also, many Catholic churches offer daily Masses throughout the week. The daily Masses are shorter than the weekend Masses but follow the same pattern.
