you need to get some horseradish root. It is very strong so wear some gloves while preparing it.
remove the skin of the root, like peeling a carrot, then shred it very finely into some mayonaise. It won't take much root to make it hot. Have fun

horse radish is a natural root, it is prepared by grating it very fine, you need a mask, goggles and gloves to do it unless you are crazy, it is strong stuff.
