It seems like my body is making me sleep 12 hours...if I go to bed at 11pm I wake up at 11 am
if I got to bed at 4 am I wake up at 4 pm (and I’ve always been a night owl, I have trouble falling to sleep)
I never have any energy...and I go though spurts where I can’t get enough to eat and spurts where the sight of food makes me want to gag.....and ideas?

this is really starting to put a void between me and my family

and I really don’t have the money or insurance to go to a Dr. with this problem

Try practicing a sport. It'll be tough in the beginning but you'll like the results. You will feel more energetic, you'll eat better, sleep better and get a boost of self confidence.
But before you do anything, get an alarm clock, there are cheap ones if you know where to look.

hey I think you really need to go to a doctor cuz It looks like you need some kind of antidepressive. But only a Doctor can asess you on that.
So I recommend to you to use the internet to find out the symptoms and check if you are having that. So that you can make the decision to pay for a Doctor.

How old are you? Are you having any emotional problems like depression or something like that?

You should get some insurance and then go to a doctor, cause that doesnt sound very normal.

If you can't afford a doctor, at least go to a health clinic or a health department where you can be seen for free.

Mononucleosis... ??? You may want to see what options are available for you in your state/city to go see a doctor even without money or insurance.

Please look in mental health services at your local human service center. They offer services on a sliding fee scale - you pay based on income. A free e-mail diagnosis is worth what it costs. Good luck.
