I love the Irish and the Scots' accents.

Depends on whether you mean nicest accent speaking English or nicest sounding language.
If the former then I`ll go with (and I hate myself for this) the French ,if the latter then Welsh (or even Irish Gaelic)

i love the Irish accent some parts of England IE Newcastle, Liverpool that sort of thing and some Scottish as well (have to say that really since i live there)
