Some relationship adivce please....?

Question

My boyfriend and I have been together for 11 months now and we go to college together. Right now we're both home for summer break and he lives 3 hours away from me. He's working two jobs currently and he usually calls me everyday. But once in a while he won't call me when he gets home from work. I know he's busy and tried, but I want to tell him somehow that even if he just calls to talk to me for 5min each day he should becuase I really miss him. Being with him at school all the time and then not seeing him is a transition and i just want to talk to him everyday. Last summer he only had 1 job and had more time to call me, but he was more adiment about calling me last summer. Also, when he's in a bad mood from work or whatever sometimes he won't call me becuase he says he doesn't want to upset me with his bad mood because he tends to take it out on me sometimes. any good advice?

in response to the second answer... I do send him text messages sometimes, and he does too. But I mostly end up texting him but he doesn't respond much.

oh yeah.. and when I do try to call him he usually doesn't answer his phone since he's either downstairs or sleeping or something.

We guys sometimes need a day off. That doesnt mean that we dont care, we do but sometimes you're just too tired and just want to lie down and close your eyes. Try to get used to him not calling you every single day. Do not tell him that you miss his calls every day because then he's gonna feel obligated to call you and that wont be genuine. Let him call you oh his own terms and that way, you'll know for sure that he wants to talk to you. Plus, if he doesnt call you one day, you'll both be more excited to talk the next day and you wont run out of things to say. Good luck to you

maybe you should call him instead...or send him cute text messages to let him know that u miss him or thinking of him :]
