Talk with your doctor about it. He should be able to prescribe an alternate medicine.

Benadryl works better as does Valiarian Root.

Xanax is very addictive. The increased heart rate, blood pressure, etc. those are signs of withdrawal.

Depending how long you have taken it you may need to seek treatment.

ask the doc for a sleeping pill like lunesta or ativan which is a mild valium
