Curly hair is part of your genetic make-up and there ain't nothing that you can do about it so Hush!
Dry and breaking hair is a different story. It is obvious that you need some conditioning. Three to four times per week are appropriate. You may also need a deep conditioner which should be used once per week, specially if you go to the beach, color your hair, spend time in the sun, or use the swimming pool.
Apply at the ends and work it toward the roots, rinsing with cool water, never too hot, or you will strip your natural oils.
Protein detemines hair strengh so stay away from fad diets and eat properly. Fish and veggies are great for overall health careless eating, specially fried fish, OH, YEAH!

Yeah i'm 19 weeks and that i'm noticing a lot too, somewhat on my tummy! apparently its by way of hormones. little bit of a nightmare yet all interior the call of little one i assume. good luck with your being pregnant.
