You can try using an eye dropper, baby bottle, or even I know some places make bottles for kittens if they do that I am assuming that they also make them for puppies. I found ones for kittens at Pet Co. You could ask. Or call a vet.

However I have learned the hard way that often when a momma animal will not feed the babies there is usually a reason. Such as a defect in the babies that we humans do not realize they have. And in some situations no matter what you do to save them you can not.

Go to the vet by some puppy milk and feed them with a bottle. Still encourage the mamma dog to feed. Her milk may have not dropped yet or The mamma may not feel well. If you don't think the mamma feels well she may not have had all the pups and onw is still in there dead. That can be harmful to the mamma

Go to your local Southern States or other farm, pet store and get puppy formula and the bottles. Its really easy, might have to use a hot needle to open the nipple holes enough to keep them from chewing the tip off though.

Take her to the vet and make sure none of her teets are infected or anything. That would cause feeding to be uncomforable to her therefore, she wouldn't let them feed.

If she won't feed them and they are too young to eat, you'll have to get a bottle and formula from the vet.....
