I heard all sorts of stuff, and something about a purge? just wondering what physically happens to our body..

Well your body is shutting down and you lose control of your organs, you may wet yourself.Your body stops fighting so bacteria can eat you now.You may be confused as you start dying.Then your body starts decomposing.
