Is a second date the right time to pay a compliment to a woman? Say she has beautiful blue eyes and a great smile. What is the right thing to say? When/how should one insert these comments into regular conversation? (she's 23)

anytime you feel it is the right time to say it, it will never occur to her that you said a nice thing at the wrong time, that just won't happen so don't worry.

I think there's NO wrong time to pay a woman a compliment. It lets a girl know you're interested in her too. Say something like, "Has anyone told you, you've got beautiful blue eyes?"

If you feel a connection, then you will know when to say it already. That should cause you to express yourself to let her know how you feel. Don't worry about when to say it because that will affect your thinking and you will be worried about it. All I can really say is just say it whenever you feel because paying a compliment can't really be too early or too late.

Second date is great, catch her iin a moment when your eyes meet and just say it. Don't interrupt if she is talking... to make sure she hears you. You'll be able to tell the right moment, but go for it, who wouldn't like to be told that?

it doesn't really matter. anyone will accept a compliment they're just nice to hear, so whenever you say it, it wont be the wrong time. like if you guys are talking then all of a sudden you could be like i couldn't help but notice your eyes they're so pretty .....something like that......GOOD LUCK

you could say at the end, so if it doesn't go well it won't make the date awkward. then too it will be a good way to end it. be like, I think you have the prettiest eyes. I really do. THis date was really fun, thanks so much. then bye and all that.

if u want to flatter her.. i think time doesnt matter.. but, if u really mean it.. any moment is just fine... but, remember u'll be sending some intial signals of courtship to her.. ask urself if u r ready for the most important commitment in life? :)
