No you do not. In fact they dont even give vaccinations any more for it unless you ask for it.

The sad news is that yes you would need another one. I am not sure how long the vaccination lasts but it is not lifelong. If a terrorist group ever spread some of the virus very few if none of the population of the US would have any protection.

You should not need another vaccine, but if you're showing symptoms be sure to get to the doctor!
