Employee pricing is a pricing structure that is reserved for employees of DAIMLER CHRYSLER. how it works, there is a specific price that employees pay for the vehicle, then you subtract the rebates from that price. If you are curious to how much you are saving, pull up a chrysler/jeep or dodge invoice and near the bottom you will see E.P.E

well hold on there, employee pricing isnt really employee pricing, the pricing is reduced down from past years due to economic struggles in selling to consumers. Thats why most american automakers did the employee pricing, then extended it twice. So just becareful when noticing employee pricing it doesnt mean ur getting the price employees are getting, in fact the employees get a much better discount than the so called "employee discount"

It means that you will receive the same discount that the Chrysler employees get...it will save you money but not THAT much.

I'm also interested in this so-called Employee Pricing Program.
the dealerships claim it does. Unfortunately it does not cover purchases {or leases} of certain automobiles models. Not a good program if you ask me.

You will pay 3% below invoice. I addition you will still receive your rebates and trade. The con is that you can no longer negotiate the price of the car. But you still can negotiate the price of the trade.
