That was answered by Mythbusters...and the windows up with A/C on wins....

Not a significant difference. They did this on mythbusters. A lot more effective strategy of traveling efficiently is to just not make trips that aren't absolutely necessary.

Yeah if you have your windows open on the highway it hurts your ears. If you're driving about 60 mph it's a nice breeze.

On the highway, windows up is better. In the city, windows down.

if u drive with less then 90 Km/h keep windows down.& a/c cloased .if u drive with more then 90 km/h keep windows up and a/c opened

ummm..... i know that the A-C is gonna use up some gas, but its well worth my comfort and sanity. and getting to work without feeling like i need a shower.

Having the ac on is better. And when you get to were your going you don't smell like sweat!
