No it isnt, silly. It's perfectly normal and natural.
But Farting in Public(especially out loud...worse if it has a stentch) without regard for anyone and lacking any kind of shame is totally rude...yer, the height of bad manners, u could say. Geez !!!

No, after all a fart usually comes out whether you want it to or not. The height of bad manners has to be something you do wilfully.

Farting is a bodily function and there is 'some' control over it. However taking photographs and videos at funerals is a bit of a pisser.

its kinda but what i think is bad manners is when you are to dinner in a nice restraunt and you hear the man at the next table explain to his guest that he just realized when he went to the bathroom that while he was at the table he blew 2 f-bombs , now that is bad manners

i do not believe so. i believe it is a way of gettin rid of harmful stuff in the body. as long as u say excuse me when u are about to fart or do it in private.
