I like him, and I think he likes me. We almost were going out but it was the last 3 days of school, and should i ask him out when school starts again? Do you think he will say yes! I know he was going to ask me out, he was showing it, hugging me, talking much more to me than he usually would, then on the last day of school, he hugged me for a long time and he told me he was going to miss me so much! Could it be?

If u really like him, go out and ask him.
u may miss a great opportunity, if both of you wait for others move. never mind, who makes the move. what matters is how far the relationship moved. so just ask him what is his opinion on you, whether he like you are not. if his answers are encouraging. get to the topic. All the Best ;-)

That's a tough decision. I had this guy that was my best friend since middle school and at the end of 8th grade he started acting how your friend is acting towards me. We were very close and wrote to each other about our own relationships. Well I finally decided when summer started that i would go out with him. i figured that we had such a good friendship that we would have a good relationship. well we did have a good short one it lasted 3 months of summer and when school started again we were in high school and he started to act distant. He finally dumped me and i was very hurt. we have never had the same bond we did when we were best friends. He told me that we would always remain close even if we didn't work out in the relationship. we are now both 21 and we still run into each other once in a while and talk for a few minutes but that's it. i wish we never dated. I would have rather have had him as my best friend. You need to really think about it.

HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!!! .. U R in school? ... AND SCHOOL STARTS AGAIN... !!! hmm.. hughing, talking long... going out, missing u... this guy is sending all sorts of strong signals for courtship... DONT be happy... !!! have u given a thought abt. this relationship in the first hand... well, whatever be the case, i am sure u'll be going out with him, either u ask him or he asks u.. anything possible... look, dear friend i am not making mokery of ur realtionship with this person, just a bit concern... too young ur to commit, u dont even know how much is ur daily family expense... give some time to urself before u commit... Hes been your friend? Thats all? Sure, doesn't matter then. If hes been like your brother, then it can be awkward depending on your personalities or one of your best relationships ever, but if hes only been your friend why not go out with him.
Although, i would suggest flirting more with him before actually going out and waiting for him to ask you out.

I think that you should talk to him about it, and see if he likes you first, before you ask him out. But remember that if you date him, when and if ya'll break up are ya'll still going to be good friends? It is a huge risk to do, I dated a best friend and we are still friends now.

I think you should wait until school starts and if he really likes you he might ask you out and if he is one of the shy kinda guy than i think you should ask him out.

you should probably think more about your education and less about boys. but since you won't anyway, who knows what the situation will be by the time you go back to school, but sometimes these things mess up friendships.
