I see this with most practicing Muslim men. Is it just a style thing? Or is it something to do with their religion?

what exactly are you talking about? the only sleeveless white undersirts i can think of, and i wear it too, are the kind of camise.
other than that i cannot coem up with anything. if you were a little more precise about your question, i might be able to give a betetr answer. I mean who wears it Muslim men or Muslim women?

Many of the undergarments worn by Muslims or by other religious groups such as Mormons are to discourage feelings of a sexual nature. Mormons wear undershorts with longer legs than most others do and they are somewhat tighter. This is supposed to prevent sexual feelings toward others. It's just another cult thing I guess.

The Muslims wear this clothes only when they go to the mosque,normally they wear as every one,except the females with scarves and so on.

It is not a style thing , It have some thing to do with their religion, It's more like a uniform

The best thing to do is talk to one of these people and find out about their customs and dress. You will find you have more in common than differences if you just talk.

one side it may be fashion but the other reason is that the Muslims lived in hot areas for their comfortable they would have used it

the white shirts are something they can prey in without having to worry about any faces. also they stay cool when it's really hot.
