Okay...this is silly but what the hell. I don't have a bf right now, not into one night stands & casual sex. So it's solo or nothing. It's been about a week since I've done it. Usually the longer I wait the better it is when I finally give in. So how much longer should I hold off?

Be glad you aren't a guy. Making it a week would be an accomplishment for most of us. I'd say go for it right now. I bet it will be explosive after waiting so long. Really though, just do it whenever you get the urge & you won't get caught. There have been proven health benefits for women who masturbate frequently, especially if they also do Kegel exercises. For one thing, when you finally decide to have kids, you could have easier labor & be less likely to need an appeasiotomy. You may also be able to reach orgasm more easily when you do have sex. So, I would recommend you go for it whenever you can & want to, & learn about Kegels & do them.

It's not a matter of how long you wait between interludes of self pleasure but the ways and things you do to be sexually stimulated such as mental fantasies, pictures, oral communication with someone for sexual intrigue.
