science and religion contradict each other right? For example, God created everything, the Big Bang theory, Darwin's theory of evolution.

Science does not in any way contradict religion. The thing to understand is that marxism has been making war on religion and one of its tools is to promote the idea that science and religion are at odds with eachother. They are not. And almost all of the great minds in science were deeply religious.....and still are.

The reason marxism wants to seperate people from religion is because, without a moral compass, people will allow acts of heinous evil to take place without challenge. Moral people will fight to the death to prevent that evil. Marxism is responsible for the most heinous acts of the 20th century....hundreds of millions of people put to death in various genocides....russia, china, nazi germany, north korea, vietnam, cuba....the list goes on and on.

Anyway, they want YOU to support that. And you won't support that if you maintain faith in God. So they attack your faith.

That is the point.

Not necessarily, unless you are a Bible literalist. If you really believe the earth was created in 6 days, then there is a contradiction. If you believe the broader translation of the time meaning not just one day but a period of time, there is not a contradiction. If you compare the steps in the Bible compared to the big bang, things do align pretty well. The only issue I have found is that days 3 & 4 are reversed. Considering that the writer Moses wasn't a physicist, we could overlook the issue that he didn't keep things straight when God revealed the beginning of creation to him. As for Darwin vs Bible, perhaps God made things so they would change and adapt/evolve. It's one of the mysteries of life we might find out when we finally meet God.

Nothing PROVEN in science condraticts the Bible... only the unproven human theory's might go against it. Many artifacts that have been found back up what is said in the Bible. And medical science can confirm the details surrounding what Christ's body went though during Holy Week (around Easter), right down to the blood and water flowing from His side!!!

Science proves big bang theory is false.

The very old big bang problems (of the singularity, smoothness, horizon, and flatness) and the failed solutions of inflation theory; newer BB problems relating to missing mass (as required for a flat inflationary universe), the age of the universe, radiation from the "decoupling" ("smearing" of black body spectrum), a contrived BB chronology, the abundances of light elements, and red shift anomalies; and problems, newer yet, regarding inconsistencies of red shift interpretation, curved space, inflation theory, the decelerating expansion of a BB universe, and some additional logical inconsistencies of BB theory are presented.

We aren't able to comprehend all that God is capable of, but He created us with curious minds. I think that He wants us to search for answers, but we should have faith that He created the answers as well as the questions.

I can believe in both science and God, because God created science.

As a christian, I am always excited to continue listening at people try to figure out our awesome creator, God. He is beyond our little minds, always have been, and always will be. The world need to finally recognize that there is only one God, and He did make the universe and everything in it. He is the beginning of everything that our finite minds can perceive. The excitement really comes when one of His receives Him as their Lord and Savior because He was lifted up, and another blinded eye has been opened and snatched out of sin.

It's something that differs from person to person...for example, a person can be Christian but still accept evolution if they don't interpret Genesis literally (i.e. God created the universe in what we now call a week)

Because the creation stories in the Bible are parables meant to teach. You can believe in "Intelligent Creation" meaning that God created everything with the plan and intent of having it evolve.

It's a middle of the road approach that some use so they can follow common sense and science, but still try to retain their ticket into heaven. I find it to be a little hypocritical myself.
