What kind of lowlife are you anyway? Not big and strong enough to challenge a man you gotta take your frustations out on a member of the weaker sex.
Why don't you take a walk or leave her if you can't stand it.

The whole problem is, you do not feel like you have any control in this relationship. End it before you do something really bad. And you need to figure out how to get more control in your life in a healthy way. Good luck, and think before you act.
