Usually when you call a company and complain about the product they send you coupons for free products to replace the item you called about. When people are not going to use the coupons they sell them on ebay to make money off of them.

When you have a baby, companies send you all kind of coupons in the mail....for months!!! Some of these you can use and some you can't. I believe these are the types of coupons that are being sold. Just have to be very careful that the coupon is valid, worthwhile and redeemable where you shop. If so...nothing wrong with it!

Coupons are from the manufactures. They either allow a newspaper to print them or post them on their web site.
Of course they could be just printing them up on their own printer. Since a coupon is typically valued at 1/100 th a cent they may not be worth the paper they are written on, unless a store accepts them. I know that my local Kroger has stopped accepting Internet Coupons for that very reason.

It is illegal to buy coupons off ebay. When you buy coupons off ebay what you are paying for is there time to cut up the coupons and so forth.(it should mention this in there description) and if they do not I wouldn't bid or buy that auction.

Just go to the company websites. Get on their mailing list and the coupons will flow your way.
