okay , u'll need frozen strawberries , or just plain strawberries. throw it in the blender with some ice and mango do NOT add sugar ! , then blend them 2gether . Enjoy xD

This smoothie is really tasty. I've made it many times. It's from "The Student Vegetarian" cookbook.
1 banana
1 cup blueberries or strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup pineapple juice
1 block silken tofu
1 tsp. vanilla
Put all the ingredients in a blender and that's about it.
You can add more liquid or some sugar if you want to.

Hi,
I like berry smoothies.
Ingredients:
1 cup of orange juice (or whatever your favorite juice is)
about a half cup of frozen berries, any kind will do. I use mixed.
Place ingredients in a blender and mix them up until you get a smoothie consistency. You may add sugar or honey if you like it sweeter.
Enjoy!

I like this one a lot. However, I do add a few frozen strawberries and some extra honey to make it just a tad sweeter.
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen bluberries
1 teaspoon honey.
Put all ingredients into a blender; blend 'till smooth. Enjoy!

2 cups milk
1 ripe banana, cut up
1/2 cup KOOL-AID Strawberry Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix
1 cup ice cubes
PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover.
BLEND on high speed 30 sec. or until thickened and smooth.
SERVE immediately.
I know it sounds weird, but it is actually really good.

4 figs or strawberries

I like to use any fresh fruit, a little 7-up or squirt, ice and blend. My favorite smoothie type shake is called a bannan split. Vanilla ice-cream, hershey choc. syrup, milk and bananas and blend. Yum!

a handful of fresh raspberries
