Yes, of course it would be possible, but a good idea? No. In doing this you would, unfortunately create... THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS PARADOX *gasp*. You see, if you killed this person, then nobody would ever discover they could eat Brussels sprouts. That means that children everywhere would have to find a new vegetable to complain about. For the sake of argument, let's say they would boycott carrots instead. Unfortunately for the world, reduced carrot consumption would likely lead to people having poorer eyesight. Over several generations, this could have a profound impact on the industriousness of several major world powers.
Popular culture would never be the same. Beaver Cleaver on the sitcom Leave it to Beaver would have no brussels sprouts to refuse to eat. Since carrots were so unpopular, Bugs Bunny would also probably eat other vegetable, perhaps resorting to cucumber or even radishes. The comedian Carrot Top would not have his popular namesake. Considering the orange color of his hair, he might be called "Pumpkin Head" instead, which would really not be very popular. Less people going to his shows means a drastic downturn in the economy. Combined with the already lowered efficiency rating of a world now mainly blind, and there would be much trouble. A world in this sorry state would have no hope to invent a time machine, and thus your trip could not happen in the first place. This would create a time loop similar to the grandfather paradox, and we would just go on from there.
So, in conclusion, if you go back in time and do this then you will end the world as we know it. Is that what you want? I didn't think so. :)

No! As much as I like brussle sprouts, it wouldn't be worth killing anyone over!! Brussle sprouts are good with lemon juice, salt & pepper or in a sauce!

Nooooo I like them! Mostly people dont like them because they cook them for 3 weeks and then wonder why they are tasteless!!! cook anything for 3 weeks and they become tasteless believe me.
Try boiling them until the outer leaves start to go a little see-through, maybe 10 minutes (but im not good with timings, work it out for yourself by having a go) and then fry them with some chestnuts in a little butter. Yum.

Don't be so selfish!
Try baby sprouts raw, cooking ruins them.
Or, with almonds and pepper.
If you had atime machine, think of all the useful, things that you could do.
And think of all the chaos that would ensue!

I like them. They are fun to eat. I like to pop them in my mouth and do a funny dance and then laugh till I fall down.
