contact the manufacturer, the establishment that sold it to you or borrow one from someone who has one. Or their might be a way you can download it from the net.

Try checking the website for the razor phone and see if they have download drivers or software for you to use with your pc.

ask someone you know you has the same razor phone.. and if they have the discs if you can borrow them or just look one ebay.. they might have them there!!
