personally, I don't think it is right, it puts you in the position of submission, you are your brothers equal and he has no right laying hands on you, playing around is sometimes an excuse for behavior you normally wouldn't tolerate, if he came up and started rubbing your bottom under normal circumstances , you would be offended, but under the guise of playing around, he got away with it. it could have been innocent but I tend to think he went where he shouldn't.

Thats okay, unless he tries to make it lead to something more. But serously that happens all the time between siblings of the opposite gender. Nothing to worrie about, if it bothers you though, you could ask him to stop.
