First of all just because God is all-loving doesn't mean we are able to be. Secondly a lot of the opposition to homosexuality from the church is not hate-based. The bible says homosexual behavior is wrong, society says it's ok, we're forced to disagree. Though obviously some people take that as license to get hateful, seems like every time anybody says "no, i don't think gays should be allowed to marry," or "that's really not right," or "people have control over themselves, nobody's forcing them into gay relationships," it's labelled as hate speech when we're just trying to say what our religion teaches. 'Love the sinner, hate the sin' isn't the easiest thing in the world, and it seems like people can't tell if we're hating or just disagreeing.

I don't hate gays, I don't hate anyone.. I do think that being homosexual or at least acting on it is a choice.. just like any other sin, we are given the choice of whether to do what's right or what's not, having sex with a same sex partner is "an abomination" . I know too many people that have lived homosexual lives then went on to live heterosexual lives ,or visa versa, for me to believe that it's anything but a choice...but there is the chance that I am wrong... but I probably won't believe it unless God himself tells me...

First: Followers of an All-Loving God do NOT hate gays. They do not like their lifestyle, and won't support it, but we do NOT hate it. It is not OUR place to pass judgement on others. Secondly: I think there is some choice involved on whether one is gay or straight. I don't think you can't control what you are and what you become. I don't think one is born gay. Get your facts straight before you pass judgement on Christians, for something you THINK you know.

I can't speak for everyone but I will speak for me. I hate no one.
am trying to live my life in a way that's pleasing to God. I pray each day that I will see peeps the way that God does from the inside out not the outside in.
If you have felt hate from some I'm so sorry. That is not Gods way at all. He is a God of love.
I may not like all actions and am sure that peeps don't always like mine but I love all peeps.

Man says God hates gays but that is not what God is saying if YOU read the bible yourself you would know that. If God's love is unconditional then how can He not love gays too? Another manmade law because they are scared and don't get His love. People can be legalistic, watch out for them!

to hyzakt: you cannot compare alcolholism or something like that to homosexuality. homosexuality is like herdosexuality. you didnt choose to be hederosexual did you? you just are that way. its exactly the same. and by the way to all you christians: he didnt say that "god" hates gays he said that followers of him hated gays. since humans interpret the bible and what they think "god" says, what "god" believes and what humans believe is exactly the same. and to all those people that say that gays shouldnt have sex: what would you do or say if someone told you that you couldnt have sex with your partner?

God hate the sin not the person. All sins are equal so we are just as sinful. God will forgive you if you confess your sin and sin no more. You can pray for strength if you feel you are weak and can't control it.

they can control it, it is a lust thing, you don't "inherit" it nor is it genetical. God loves the person hates the sin. He will not put up with the lifestyle the homosexuals choose to aquire.
