If I was in Kansas I would have moved out when I was born. Just kidding :)
Maybe 16.

A person can move out when they are 18, but that does not mean they are ready for this.
A person that moves out of the house should be able to 100% take care of themselves, and not call back home every week for money for things they need.
If they do this, they were not ready to move out of the house in the first place.
Moving out of the house means full responsibilities also.
There are consequences for the decisions you make.
Good and bad.
A person needs to be ready to accept those responsibilities, no matter how wonderful or tragic.
If they are not ready for this, then they are not ready to move out, no matter WHAT the age.

old enough to support yourself financially. That means, paying rent (150-300 dollars a month), buying food (150 a month), going to school ( 1,500 a year at least at a college level). Having some kind of fun (100 dollars a month). If you can do all of this, age is not the question, it is a matter of money. You can leave at any age, but do you want to come back. So if you are mad at your parents, ask yourself if you can support yourself without them, then move out.
Good luck.

In some states, like Wisconsin, you can be legally emancipated at age 16. That means your parents legally consent to not be your legal guardians, you legally consent to no longer being a dependent, and you're on your way. Get a job, pay rent and bills, it's loads of fun!

Legally 17. You can get imancipated at 16 but you have to go to court for that and have a good reason.

in most states 17, but 18 is the federal age, why don't you stay and bear with things and save money secretly and make detailed plans and do it a year or more from now so it'll work.
