A good way is to advertise your service on Craig's List in your city.
That is a good way to entice models who are just beginning their careers as well. They need to build up their portfolios.
If you can afford to pay them, then that will help too.

tie them up cause if your to ugly to put a picture of your self on your profile then I dont think any girl is going to willingly go for you
