Yes it can be done but, NO it is not recommended. The 410 barrel is not designed to withstand the pressure of a .45 long.
You can also shoot a 410 shell from a .45 pistol. This is also not recommended. If done to much it can and will mess up your pistol.

Don't think so. But a .357 Magnum can shoot .38 special

Dont do it. Shotgun barrels are much thinner than pistol barrels and can blow out from the pressure of the cartridge.

why would you want to?

Specific gauge for specific guns.

Don't mess with ammunition you'll likely get your hand blown off.
