i think its like 78 dollars but you can get a fee waiver

10 years ago my psat's (sat prep testing.. was about $40 .. the sat was slightly more.. $55 I think.. and yes, waivers are available but somewhat difficult to qualify for.. if you are eligible for a free or reduced cost lunch program at your school.. I believe you might qualify for a waiver.. Look into it through a school guidance counselor or advisor.. they are trained to have all the answers for college prep related issues :)

The answers are really expensive but worth it.
