The very first Supreme Court justice, John Jay, said: "Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers."
How then, have we gotten to the point that everything we have done for 220 years in this country is now suddenly wrong and unconstitutional?

Because We as a People have forgotten Our Heritage as a Christian Nation and have cast off all restraints!

r The word "should" has a lot of meaning. It doesn't mean they have to or must.
Second point. Because someone expressed an opinion years ago doesn't mean it must be that way now.
Third point. What is suddenly wrong and unconstitutional ?
You're probably referring to the removing of references to God. If that's your gripe, refer back to the constitution. Where does it say that the word God must be on display anywhere ?
Where does it say that it's unlawful to remove the word ?
