People need to believe in something.

Well, there is a difference in believing that Jesus is an actual historical figure and believing IN Him. I believe both ways. And I came to this belief after examining the manuscript, archeological and prophetic evidences that prove the Bible is true. And since the Bible is true, Jesus is THE Truth. My faith isn't some irrational leap of faith into the darkness. It was and IS a step into the Light. Of course it annoys a lot of people that we Christians hold to the belief that Christ is the ONLY Way to gain access to God, the Father, but that's OK, because that's what Christ taught and it got Him killed. If you hate us, we're not surprised. You hate Him, too. But here's the real irony. The more you hate us, the more we love you. And remember, God loved the world SO much that He gave His only Son and whoever believes in Him will live forever. God didn't send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. It's the ONLY message of HOPE out there today. Nothing else seems to be working, does it?

Anybody who says that they believe in him "because he died for my sins" isn't giving you a very good answer. I'm not sure if you're asking whether or not he ever existed, or whether or not he was the Messiah. Either way, it's hard to tell. I believe that he was an actual person who lived a holy lifestyle, but it's difficult to answer whether or not he was God. And don't listen to the people who say: "All the writings and paintings about him!" Most writings and paintings were done long after Jesus was gone.

I was once a bounty hunter. I aressted a man for jumping bail and had to do some things to him that I am not proud of, in order to get the cuffs on him.
Several years later I was in Daytona Beach for bike week. I entered a tent for some religion and a man touched my shoulder and said that he has forgiven me.
When the preacher came on to the stage I immediately knew who he was. If Jesus can turn that man's life around, then I have no choice but to beleive.

I do; but first let me ask, "Do YOU believe in Jesus?"

And, the question is not so much, "Do you believe...," but "How much are you a believer in Christ?"

A lot of people don't take God seriously like their suppose to. When you don't know Christ personally, you won't take Him seriously.

As far as I'm concern, I must take Him seriously. Don't get me wrong, I'm not OVERLY serious in God(Ecclesiates 7:16) but, Christ must have some affect in your spirit; to cause you to change your life.

I truly carry Christ as my Lord and personal Savior because He died for me(as everyone knows); but sadly that's not enough for most people(thanks to religion & false prophets).

Another reason I believe in Christ is because He's a true Deliverer. When He died on the Cross, He delivered us from death & destruction; so that we can have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Because of Adam and Eve's disobedience, we became seperated from God, then Jesus came and saved us through His Grace & Mercy.

Jesus Christ delivered me from a lot of personal issues in my life. Did you know He can deliver you from generational curses? I even learned much more about Jesus Christ through "Revelation Knowledge"(Proverbs 1:7).

In order to have this, you must spend time in fellowship with Him.

No one can make you believe anything unless your stupid. They can tell you but it's free will, free choice to choose to believe. I believe in Jesus because who else came and died for me it wasn't you. It was a angel from heaven called Jesus who died and every knees shall bow and every tongue shoul confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and savor and the end (death).

Jesus came off his throne and came to earth as a man a living sole rapped in a manger without riches. And they torcher his and spit on him for talking about his father in heaven and how we should believe even if we can not see. Thats how people are these days they want to see everything to believe and I thank GOD for not showing himself to us because he is too HOLY that his power and grace would consume us. Keep reading your Bible.

I believe in Jesus because He is so real in my life. He died on the cross for my sins and has lived in my heart ever since I accepted Him to live with me.

Christians believe in Jesus and they do so because someone told them to.

No answer is better than one's belief that is steeped in the experience of knowing Jesus personally. Try using the name of any other person other than Jesus when you are in physical, mental or emotional stress.
